Jungfernsprung Water-Wonders-Walk
A maiden fleeing from the devil – and at her feet a vertical rock face. In her despair, she jumps and – supported by angels – she survives the fall unharmed. This is the place today where the waters of the Zopenitzenbach torrent roar down into the valley – in three cascades more than 130 metres high: the Jungfernsprung!
Gößnitz waterfall - Kachlmoor
A rock face towers hundreds of metres above the “shaded side” of Heiligenblut am Großglockner. It is parted in the middle by a narrow cleft, which looks as if it had been hacked into the rock by a giant with an enormous axe. From this cleft plummets the Gößnitzbach stream, thundering into the valley as a mighty waterfall more than 70 metres high!

At the "Franz-Josefs-Höhe" (this is the endpoint of the Großglockner high alpine road) you have another attraction within the Nationalpark-Kärnten-Card: the Großglockner Glacier funicular!
